About Us

Our Method.

Our “Elite” classes are based on a method that combines gymnastics, endurance, and weightlifting. They are built on three essential principles:

- varied training (each workout is different)

- functional training (we will focus on functional movements, or movements that you do in everyday life)

- an intense workout (you will learn to push your limits in complete safety!)

For Who? For All.

Each athlete will determine, with the help of our coaches, the appropriate workload as well as good technique that will allow us to continue to train safely. Each member, whatever their level of performance, is encouraged and valued just like everyone else. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, you will feel at home at Elite Fitness.

What do we do during a session?

During each session, we will perform a daily workout consisting of:

  • a warm up

  • learning a basic movement (skill)

  • high intensity daily workout

  • cool down period
